ATHLETICS & PRE-ATHLETICS UNIFORMS
Tell me about the Athletics Uniforms.
These are the required uniforms that your students will wear if they’re signed up for the 6th Grade pre-Athletics, 7th Grade Athletics (1st period) or 8th Grade Athletics (8th period).

For 8th Grade Boys: White HCMS Athletics shirts with red shorts

Where can I buy Athletics Uniforms?
- On the Pre-Athletics/Athletics Store on this site - Order by August 5th, and they'll be ready for pick up at the Hill Country Hello
- At Hill Country Hello on August 8th - Come visit us in the cafeteria!
- School Store in the Cafeteria: You can buy them during lunch at the store - $10 for shorts & $10 for shirts
How many Athletics Uniforms should I buy?
Your student will wear these every day, so it’s a good idea to buy a second set to keep them clean & have a backup if they get lost.
SPORT SPECIFIC DETAILS
What sports teams are offered at HCMS?
We’ve got football, volleyball, cross country, basketball, track & field, tennis, soccer and golf at HCMS! Be sure to log onto Membership Toolkit and click which sports your child is interested in so you can get any sport specific updates.
How do I get details for each sport?
Once the season starts for each sport, the Team Parents will be in charge of communicating all of the details to the parents like game schedules, practice info, volunteer needs, etc and share any important information from the coaches. Some sports require tryouts and that information will be communicated through the coaches.
Is there sport specific gear I need to know about?
Yes. Some sports have sport specific apparel that needs to be purchased. Unlike the regular athletic apparel, the sport specific apparel will have a deadline on when to order so we can order in bulk and have it ready in time for the seasons to begin. These sports are football, volleyball & basketball.
For all sports, sport specific yard signs & car decals are available to purchase to show your team spirit!
Team Parents also might have other gear to purchase throughout the year and will communicate those details with you.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Volunteering your time!
It takes a village and there are many ways to get involved with your child’s sport! Several HCMS athletic teams need parent volunteers to help with concessions, announcing and other activities before and during games. Volunteer opportunities are coordinated through team parents. Your help is appreciated!

ONLINE ORDERS
How do I look up my order history?
Items previously ordered on the HCMS Athletics Spirit Wear website can be looked up once you are logged in. Go to the My Account tab and select Previous Orders. There you will find a list of all previous transactions. Details can be accessed by clicking on the transaction number.
What do I do if I have not received my order or received the wrong size/items?
Contact Courtney Moss (Girls athletics) or Christine Jarrett (Boys athletics) and we'll help you!
Can I order items after the online store closes?
There is usually a deadline to order so we can arrange for all team gear to arrive at one time and take advantage of price breaks. To ask if a late order is allowed, please ask Courtney Moss (Girls athletics) or Christine Jarrett (Boys athletics)
